Unified Connexions is a Service Provider in Dallas, TX that serves K-12 school districts. Their goal is to equalize the student and teachers’ experience with technology inside the classroom. UCX does co-managed IT with the school districts.
Problem LM fixed:
They save their customers (school district customers) money in the data center so more money can be spent on student education.
Most school districts are constrained with budgets, so they are always understaffed and overworked. The ability to have proactive monitoring and alerting really gives them an edge where they don’t have to be tied down and watching their environment all the time.
