LogicMonitor Welcomes Airbrake

LogicMonitor and Airbrake

“Today’s an exciting day for LogicMonitor. But before I share our news, I want to sincerely thank our customers for your business. The Covid-19 pandemic has been a terrible experience for the world, and yet we @ LogicMonitor are fortunate and thankful to be counted on every day by thousands of organizations. I — and our team of over 650 employees worldwide — are grateful for the chance to serve your organizations during these turbulent times”

— Kevin McGibben, CEO, LogicMonitor

Over the past decade, we’ve been busy building the world’s best IT infrastructure monitoring (ITIM) platform. We’re transforming a market previously dominated by legacy on-premises software vendors. We’re powering customer digital transformation initiatives by providing visibility into the end-to-end technology performance that drives each organization, regardless of what tech stack their business is built on. I’m proud that LogicMonitor’s SaaS platform is trusted by thousands of enterprises and service providers to ensure that the technology we all rely on for banking to universities to healthcare services to content streaming stays up and running.

I am pleased to announce that today we acquired airbrake.io, a developer-centric application error and performance monitoring company. Airbrake was built by developers and for developers. Its cloud-based agentless platform detects errors in every stage of a software development lifecycle to increase speed of delivery while ensuring code quality and reliability. Hundreds of engineering teams at enterprises ranging from Ring, Adobe, SoundCloud to MyFitnessPal already use Airbrake today.

Today’s acquisition marks the latest step in our journey towards delivering a complete unified observability platform for our customer’s end-to-end application and infrastructure performance needs. Last year, we acquired Unomaly and launched our exciting log intelligence product LM Logs™ to make all logs operationally relevant. This year, we’ll focus on incorporating Airbrake into the LogicMonitor platform as part of our application intelligence capabilities.

I hope you are as excited as I am about the value this acquisition will bring to our customers and partners around the world. Welcome to our LM family, Airbrake crew!
