LogicMonitor Maintenance Window
LogicMonitor has a routine technical maintenance window each Thursday from 6:00-9:00 pm PT.
Additionally, deployments of new LogicMonitor versions are routinely performed approximately every three weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-9:00 pm PT. During this time, your portal may be offline for up to thirty minutes, though downtime is typically kept to two minutes. This will not result in any gaps in collected data.
You will be notified of new LogicMonitor version deployments at least 48 hours in advance via in-app notifications. Other technical support and downtime scheduled outside our normal maintenance window will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 48 hours in advance, as well. In the rare event that we need to implement an emergency point release outside our scheduled maintenance window, a notification will be posted in customer portals 24 hours in advance.
