LogicMonitor currently has two DataSources for monitoring AWS WorkSpaces:

  1.  AWS_WorkSpaces
  2. AWS_WorkSpace_Directory

AWS_WorkSpaces

Datapoints:

  • Available / Unhealthy
  • Stopped
  • Connection Attempts
  • Disconnected Sessions
  • In Session Latency
  • Failed Connections
  • Maintenance
  • Session Launch Time
  • User Connections
  • Successful Connections

Default Polling Interval: 5 minutes. 

Additional Configuration Required?: No. This datasource will automatically apply to the Workspaces discovered for your AWS account and start collecting data.

AWS_WorkSpace_Directory

Datapoints:
The following data is collected for WorkSpace Directories, where the average across all WorkSpaces is reported for each

  • Available / Unhealthy
  • Stopped
  • Connection Attempts
  • Disconnected Sessions
  • In Session Latency
  • Failed Connections
  • Maintenance
  • Session Launch Time
  • User Connections
  • Successful Connections
