The LogicMonitor server uses the value of status in the response to indicate if the request is processed correctly and why it failed. For all LogicMonitor RPC calls, there are a set of common status codes and specific status codes for each call. Below are the common status codes:




200 OK The request is processed correctly
400 Bad request Missing parameters or invalid parameters
403 Authentication failed Authentication failed because of invalid company, username, and/or password.
406 Company is suspended The company is suspended by LogicMonitor
407 Session timeout
500 Unknown error
501 Server is busy The server is under heavy workload
