ConnectWise Service Board Depth Datasource

The ConnectWise Service Board Depth Datasource reports the number of open issues in each of your ConnectWise Service Boards.  LogicMonitor will use Active Discovery to automatically discover the Service Boards in your ConnectWise account once the datasource is applied to your ConnectWise server.  If desired, you can customize the datasource by adding Active Discovery filters that result in only a subset of Service Boards being monitored.

 

 

To use LogicMonitor's ConnectWise Service Board Depth Datasource, follow these steps:

  1. Add your ConnectWise server to your LogicMonitor account - note that the device name must correspond to your ConnectWise account URL
  2. Enable API Access in your ConnectWise account
  3. Set the LogicMonitor property 'connectwiseserver = true' on your ConnectWise server
  4. Set the LogicMonitor property 'connectwise.company = company' on your ConnectWise server, where company is replaced with your ConnectWise company name
  5. Set the LogicMonitor property 'connectwise.login = username' on your ConnectWise server, where username is replaced with your ConnectWise API username
  6. Set the LogicMonitor property 'connectwise.pass = password' on your ConnectWise server, where password is replaced with your ConnectWise API password
