Women @ LM

Our mission is to create an inclusive work environment for those who identify as women at LogicMonitor, by sharing stories, empowering others, and creating a supportive community that is aware of issues affecting women+. We also use our collective voices to provide the company feedback and drive the change that continues to make LogicMonitor a great place for women to work. We want to ensure every individual is heard, encouraged and supported in their journey. We coordinate a range of activities to support women in the LogicMonitor community and actively donate to vetted organizations that are addressing issues specific to our communities.

Neurodiverse @ LM

Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment for neurodiversity and educate people on what neurodivergency is. We hope to spread awareness and understanding around topics/issues that are experienced by neurodivergent individuals, not only fostering an environment of acceptance, but an environment that empowers and encourages neurodivergent individuals. If you do identify or if you want to become educated, we invite you to become a part of this community!

LM Cares

LM founded LM Cares as an initiative to give back to underserved communities. Each quarter employees receive paid time off to give back to local organizations in LM hub regions (and beyond) with the focus on youth technology education and mentorship, underrepresented communities, food resources management & distribution and more. We donate funds to aid those in need at the most desperate times (Austin Winter Storms, Ukraine) as we know it’s the right thing to do. LM has strong partnerships with Code2College, Foodbank, Boys & Girls Club, Sifted, Path and others that we nourish with our volunteer efforts so these nonprofits can thrive and help us build a better future.

LM Green

LM Green was created for collaboration on environmental sustainability initiatives. Our mission is to collectively lessen our environmental impact by sharing information about environmentally-conscious events, products, and actions we can implement in our personal lives and global offices. LM Green periodically offers tips to LMers and hosts LM Green Challenges to show how we can make small changes in our lives to reduce our carbon footprint and incorporate new ways of doing things into our daily lives. Small steps can lead to big change!

LM Well

LM Well exists to share ideas among communities and promote global conversations around the various aspects of wellness at LogicMonitor. LM Well is a space to share ideas and backgrounds as means to get to know each other as whole people, it is a way to better understand ourselves and others. Our goal is to improve employees’ wellbeing, in order to improve our work environment. We have created a culture where wellness is talked about and where we can support our employee benefits.

We create a positive environment where you can feel included and supported in your own community. We are here as allies to spread awareness, to be there for each other in times of need, and to celebrate one another.

Our mission is to create an inclusive environment for both our LGBTQIA+ and ally teammates alike. We strive to serve our local communities through volunteer events and celebrate our vibrant community while doing so. We create opportunities for our LMers to do just that through meetups, events and more. We are proud to partner with Project Transitions, providing housing & hospice for individuals with HIV & AIDS in the Austin, Texas area.
