Prior to LogicMonitor, most of my work experience was in the military or working as a government contractor. While serving, I got to work with people from all walks of life which really opened my eyes to new experiences, perspectives, and the importance of diversity and inclusion. I originally started at LogicMonitor as a Technical Support Engineer on a team of 6 people, but over the years, LogicMonitor has given me opportunities to try new things, and take some risks to grow and make our team more efficient. Today I am now thankful to be leading our technical support team as their Director.

When I first started at LogicMonitor, I didn’t have any background or experience working in the tech industry. Before joining LogicMonitor, I served in the Marine Corps for 8 years, where I worked both in intelligence and as a network and systems administrator. With training in IT and people management, I decided to make a career transition into technology, which is when I found LogicMonitor. What started as a job in entry level sales developed into a career that offered me the opportunity to move to London and help build our EMEA office from the ground up.
