5 Hrs/Month Engagement

  • Quarterly patching and upgrades LogicMonitor will work with your team to schedule and perform quarterly collector and LogicModule updates to your LogicMonitor instance.
  • Includes 10 additional hours per month as a part of a pre-authorized T&M agreement Typical example of what these hours can include: LM logs Admin services – All LM Logs Admin services including anomaly and ingestion review, new feature demos, query assistance, alert tuning, and pipeline creation.

15 Hrs/Month Engagement

  • Quarterly patching and upgrades LogicMonitor will work with your team to schedule and perform quarterly collector and LogicModule updates to your LogicMonitor instance. Includes pre-deployment testing in a designated sandbox environment.
  • Monthly portal reviews LogicMonitor will install a series of Portal Review dashboards to improve portal health observability while also working with your team to remedy device communication issues, optimize alert tuning, and reviews of user accounts and roles to ensure that security best practices are being followed.

10 Hrs/Week (40 Hrs/Month) Engagement

  • Quarterly patching and upgrades LogicMonitor will work with your team to schedule and perform quarterly collector and LogicModule updates to your LogicMonitor instance. Includes pre-deployment testing in a designated sandbox environment.
  • Monthly portal reviews LogicMonitor will install a series of Portal Review dashboards to improve portal health observability while also working with your team to remedy device communication issues, optimize alert tuning, and reviews of user accounts and roles to ensure that security best practices are being followed.
