In this release, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ServiceNow Graph Connector (SGC), and ServiceNow Incident Management integrations are certified for the Washington DC release.

LM Logs

Enhancement

New LM Logs Alert Type: Stateful Alerts

LM Logs now supports stateful alert conditions that provide the ability to clear a log alert when a clearing condition is met. While creating a log alert condition, select Stateful in the Alert condition type dropdown to identify the clearing condition. For more information, see Log Alert Conditions in the product documentation.

Disclaimer: Starting with v203 Portal release, an early access to the stateful alert condition type is available. However, the feature will be generally available in v204 Portal release. To learn more about stateful alert condition type, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Modules

Enhancement

Viewing Version Differences for Customized Modules

You can now view differences between versions of a customized module. This allows you see what has been changed on a LogicModule without having to make changes to the currently installed LogicModule.

To access this feature, navigate to Modules > Edit > View Version Differences.

For more information, see Modules Management in the product documentation.

Note: This feature is only available for customized modules.

Enhancement

Reverting Modules Origin

You can now revert to previously committed versions of a module. Now you can see differences highlighted between the current installed version of a module and the version you would like to revert to. You can toggle between previous committed versions of the module before finalizing your reversion.

To access this feature, navigate to Modules > Edit. Select “Revert Module” from the Modules editor menu to select an earlier version of a module to revert to.

For more information, see Modules Management in the product documentation.

Deprecation

LogicModules Migrating to Modules

In a future release, LogicModules will no longer be available from Settings. You can access the Exchange, My Module Toolbox, and all settings for managing modules from Modules in the navigation bar.

For more information, see Modules Overview in the Product Documentation.

Reports

Enhancement

Ad-hoc Report Date Range Limits

With this release, you can generate ad-hoc reports for a date range up to and including the previous month. If you require data for a period exceeding the previous month, you can schedule the report. Scheduled reports allow you to specify any desired date range.

Enhancement

Alert HealthCheck Report

Starting this release, we have added the Alert HealthCheck report. The HealthCheck report provides an overview of your account’s health and helps identify misconfigurations or inefficiencies within your account. You can either schedule the Health checks or run the Health checks on an ad hoc basis.

For more information, see Alert HealthCheck Reports in the Product Documentation.

REST API
