SANTA BARBARA, Calif., April 6, 2020 – LogicMonitor today announced that Astra Duke, director, customer experience, EMEA, has joined the UK IT Channel Community of CompTIA, the leading trade association for the global technology industry.
The CompTIA UK IT Channel Community includes influential business executives from leading information technology (IT) companies across the United Kingdom.

As director, customer experience, EMEA, Duke is currently responsible for the customer experience (CX) and all that entails at LogicMonitor, a specialist in IT infrastructure monitoring. “I very much look forward to being part of the UKCC. Being a young, diverse woman in Tech, I believe I can share different experiences and learn from like-minded peers,” said Duke. “I would like to encourage more women and diverse tech folks to be part of this ever-evolving industry by utilizing the CompTIA platform to have a bigger voice and reach more people.”
From building CX teams from scratch to improving customer interactions, Duke has worked, managed and developed teams within the CX umbrella, including technical support, professional services and customer success. Improving a customer’s process and journey through sales, implementation, onboarding, ongoing lifecycle and billing is a goal that Duke pursues regularly at LogicMonitor, where she created the EMEA CX team.
The CompTIA UK IT Channel Community leverages the collective expertise and experience of its members to strengthen the technology industry in the UK market.
