LogicMonitor Announces 2nd Annual Level Up Conference for IT Professionals

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., December 18, 2019 – LogicMonitor today announced that registration is now open for the unified IT infrastructure monitoring company’s 2nd annual Level Up conference for IT professionals. The two-day event will take place May 27-29 2020 at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas.

At Level Up 2020, LogicMonitor’s customers, prospects and partners will come together to learn how to drive positive business outcomes and improve overall efficiency through strategic IT initiatives. The conference will include two days of keynotes and technical breakout sessions, along with hands-on product training and opportunities to network with industry peers, analysts and other thought-leaders.

“We were overwhelmed by the response to our inaugural Level Up conference in 2019, and we’re excited to bring attendees together in May for a conference that’s even bigger and better than last year’s,” said Mark Banfield, Chief Revenue Officer at LogicMonitor. “At LogicMonitor, we pride ourselves on being customer obsessed. Our annual Level Up event is the best way for us to give back to our customers by connecting them with others in the LogicMonitor community while providing valuable learning opportunities, inspiration and innovative use cases to showcase what monitoring makes possible for businesses of all sizes.”

This year’s Level Up conference will include new and improved opportunities for user training and certification, administered by LogicMonitor experts. Attendees can participate in up to three certifications of their choosing from six product-specific certifications now available. From topology mapping and Kubernetes monitoring to LogicModule development and alert tuning, certifications are available for every experience level. The event will also feature customer awards for those organizations who have made IT infrastructure monitoring implementation and innovation a key part of their strategy over the last 12 months.

Attendees are also invited to participate in the newly added AWS GameDay as part of their conference agenda. This interactive, team-based learning exercise will give participants a chance to put their AWS and LogicMonitor skills to the test in a gamified risk-free environment and learn more about the potential of monitoring AWS with LogicMonitor.
