The study highlights a growing gap between the scale of modern IT environments and the manual workflows used to manage alerts and incidents. Prior to adopting Edwin AI, interviewed organizations relied on fragmented monitoring tools and manual triage processes, resulting in high alert noise, slower root cause analysis, and increased SLA risk.
