As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread globally, the LogicMonitor team is committed to providing uninterrupted continuity of service to our customers, support for our communities and the safety of our employees. We recognize the unique role LogicMonitor plays in monitoring your vital infrastructure and realize that your businesses and infrastructures are under increasing strain due to COVID-19. LogicMonitor’s product and team are here to help keep your environments up and running to ensure that you and your business can operate as normally as possible during these unusual times.

In the spirit of partnership and transparency, I want to proactively reassure you of our commitment to service continuity and monitoring your infrastructure so you can remain focused on your critical business priorities.

  • LogicMonitor compliance with CDC and WHO guidelines: Our worldwide offices are strictly adhering to all Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.
  • Halt on business travel: We’ve suspended all business travel as of Friday March, 13th. All LogicMonitor employees are equipped to engage with you via remote productivity tools (Mobile, Zoom, Slack, etc).
  • Remote-equipped workforce: Out of an abundance of caution, we have requested that our LogicMonitor employees work remotely until further notice. All LM employees have been provided with the necessary remote tools and system capabilities to ensure business continuity and maintain the gold-standard service that you are accustomed to receiving from our team.
  • Commitment to customers: LogicMonitor has robust business continuity and disaster recovery plans in place to ensure that our business, and yours, continue to run smoothly during times of disruption. We are a cloud-native company with a geographically-dispersed team, which helps us deliver uninterrupted service to customers during times of natural disaster or other unexpected and challenging events for continued 24x7x365 operations.

Prior to LogicMonitor, Kevin established himself as an entrepreneur and built deep experience in expanding technology business globally. He’s held positions in international marketing, channel development, and general management at technology companies including Fujistu, TEKELEC, and CIDCO. Kevin holds bachelor and MBA degrees from the University of Arizona.
