The Support staff at LogicMonitor would like our customers to know that we are available for them 24x7x365 . We are fortunate that the pandemic has had no impact to our team members or our support operations, due to our entire tool suite being SaaS based with established, reliable vendors. This allows our team members to continue to work remotely from their homes as they have been able to do so in the past globally across our three regions located in Austin, London, and Singapore. Additionally, our Support Leadership is continuously checking in with our global teams to ensure their safety and wellness is maintained, as well as providing them with any equipment necessary to perform their job functions.
