The Relationship Index is based on ratings by business professionals, and products are required to receive 10 or more reviews and five responses for each of the relationship-related questions to qualify.

This quarter, LogicMonitor was ranked #1 in the Relationship Index for Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring, where elements such as the ease of doing business, quality of support, and how likely a customer is to recommend LogicMonitor come into play.
