Now, I am excited to announce an incredibly significant recognition as a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Observability Platforms, 2024. While this recognition is an exciting feather in our cap, we believe it’s also a powerful validation of our relentless pursuit to offer deep, actionable insights that drive enterprise efficiency, optimize performance, and achieve transformational goals.
We believe being named a Visionary in this Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ is a testament to our multi-year strategic direction. We are confident it highlights our ability to shape market trends, even as we continue to develop and further innovate our platform capabilities. When we embarked on this journey, our goal was clear: to build a platform that goes beyond traditional monitoring to deliver hybrid observability powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Over the past three years, we believe we have made significant enhancements and product developments that have propelled us to this recognition.
We have accelerated our product roadmap delivering critical solutions in the LM Envision platform and launching a powerful generative AI (GenAI) partner for IT teams, Edwin AI. We have also enhanced our platform with over 3,000 third-party integrations, enriching our offerings and ensuring our customers have the extensibility and tools they need to grow and scale.

- Edwin AI: this purpose-built AI-powered tool plays on a rich hybrid dataset (not a GPT wrapper) to enhance our platform’s capabilities by providing deeper insights and predictive analytics
- LM Cost Optimization: cost optimization for cloudops and engineering teams includes Cloud Billing and Cloud Recommendations features to help our customers cut costs and maximize performance
- Cloud managed networking integrations: Meraki Assurance Alerts, Ubiquiti, and Cato Networks integrations give users comprehensive monitoring and streamlined operations across diverse networking environments
- UIv4: the improved user interface (UI) reduces clicks and makes core platform functionalities easier to access
- Adaptive Correlation: automatically re-clusters alerts when a more optimal option is detected, reducing alert noise and helping users focus on the most critical issues
- Datapoint Analysis: leverages machine learning techniques to find related metrics and patterns across different resources, reducing mean time to resolve (MTTR) and increasing productivity

However, our journey doesn’t end here. While we celebrate this recognition, we remain focused on our mission to improve and innovate continuously. Our roadmap is filled with:

- Advancing AI and ML capabilities that will solidify our position in the market even further, including Edwin AI’s new integrations and GenAI capabilities that will reduce incident overload and business systems downtime with quick time to value
- Expanding monitoring coverage with a focus on cloud managed networking to ensure we continue to provide unparalleled visibility into hybrid environments
