Merkle is a leading data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. Merkle uses global marketing to help advertisers and brands reach people and strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.


Merkle had a use case they previously could not solve with their existing monitoring platform. One of their key teams in India functions with a completely separate infrastructure than any other team at Merkle. Because of these infrastructure differences, the only way they previously gained visibility into their environment caused massive interruptions to their entire IT environment. This lack of visibility was a sticking point for the executive leadership team as they sought to resolve this issue. 


During implementation, the team quickly realized that with LogicMonitor’s SaaS-based Collectors, they could drop a collector anywhere in the world, allowing them to monitor the India location’s infrastructure without a huge distribution. 


With LogicMonitor, Merkle finally has the flexibility to monitor this key team, without having a massive disruption to their technical infrastructure, as well as successfully meeting executive leadership’s visibility initiatives.
