LM Co-Pilot is a multi-faceted, interactive generative AI chatbot that uses AI and machine learning to offer the following benefits:
- Increased efficiency—Allows you to perform complex administrative tasks like user and device management quickly and hassle-free.
- User-friendly—Provides a simple but intuitive chatbot design.
Requirements for Using LM Co-Pilot
To use LM Co-Pilot, ensure you have the Enterprise license.
Data Security and Improvement
LogicMonitor focuses on data security and privacy. LogicMonitor does not share your chatbot information with any third-party sources. LogicMonitor does not use your information to train the models.
LM Co-Pilot is constantly improving with its increased usage. The responses are populated using a generative AI and might produce inaccurate results.

Accessing the LM Co-Pilot
Note: LM Co-Pilot is only available in the New user interface (UI).
- In LogicMonitor, navigate to the upper-right corner of your portal and select (LM Co-Pilot)

.- Enter your required prompts in the chatbot.
Note: LogicMonitor maintains the context for your LM Co-Pilot chats when navigating different pages. For example, if you are on the Alerts page and close the chatbot, then navigate to the Resources page and open the chatbot, the chat history is retained.
Perform one of the following:
- View the LM Co-Pilot product documentation by selecting (Co-Pilot Support) .
