Accessing and Sharing Generated Reports

You can access and share all the generated report URLs with the required individuals.

Requirements

Allow shared reports access permission is required.

Admin: Providing Shared Access

  1. Log in to the LogicMonitor portal as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account> Portal Settings Information.
  3. Enable Allow Shared Reports checkbox.
    Note: If the Allow Shared Reports checkbox is disabled, the user will have to log in to the account to view the generated report link.

User: Accessing and Sharing the Generated Reports

  1. Log in to the LogicMonitor portal.
  2. Navigate to Reports > select the required reports and click Manage.
  3. (Legacy UI) On the Manage Report page, select the following options from the Report Access section:
    • High Flexibility – The generated report is available for 7 days.
    • High Security – The generated report is available for a maximum of 8 hours

OR

  1. (New UI) On the Manage Report page, select the following options from the Report Availability section:
    • Secure (8 hours) – The generated report is available for a maximum of 8 hours.
    • Flexible (7 days) – The generated report is available for 7 days.

  1. Click Save to save changes or Save and Run to run the report.

    (Legacy UI) To view and share the report, navigate to Reports > select the required report. You can see all the previously generated reports.

(New UI) To view and share the report, navigate to Reports > select the required report. On the Report page, click History, to see all the previously generated reports.
