Accessing and Sharing Generated Reports

You can access and share all the generated report URLs with the required individuals.
Requirements for Accessing and Sharing Reports
Allow shared reports access permission is required.
Providing Shared Access
- Log in to the LogicMonitor portal as an Administrator.
- Navigate to Settings > Security.
- Enable Allow Shared Reports checkbox.Note: If the Allow Shared Reports checkbox is disabled, the user must log in to the account to view the generated report link.
User: Accessing and Sharing the Generated Reports
- Navigate to Reports > select the required reports and select Manage.
- Select Save to save changes or Save and Run to run the report.
- To view and share the report, navigate to Reports > select the required report to see all previously generated reports.
