General Deployment Collector – 22.003

GD 22.003 will be available September 1, 2016, and only includes one small change from GD 22.002: we added an option to the Collector’s Wrapper.conf file that limits Metaspace size. This Metaspace size limit is specific to JDK 8, and was added to prevent the Metaspace from consuming a large amount of host memory in cases where the Collector is running a large number of script Datasources.

Notes:

• as with previous Collector versions, this Collector requires that you enable TLS support for monitored 7-mode NetApp devices. You can enable TLS support on your NetApp devices using the command  “options tls.enable on”.
• this Collector version no longer supports the pre-MySQL 4.1 method of password hashing
