LogicMonitor + Catchpoint: Enter the New Era of Autonomous IT

Learn more

If your organization manages multiple LogicMonitor accounts or tenants, you can view usage data by contributor, either child accounts (separate portals) or tenant identifiers (shared portals). By default, Usage Reporting combines parent and child account data.

For information on general usage reporting, see Usage Reporting Overview.

Viewing usage by contributor enables you to do the following:

  • Attribute usage to specific resources, teams, or environments
  • Track and compare multi-tenant usage patterns
  • Identify high-usage contributors for optimization or billing purposes

Note: For more information on general usage metrics, see Usage Per Product.

Requirements for Viewing Usage by Contributor Type

To view or configure usage by contributor, ensure the following:

  • A LogicMonitor account with “Usage” and “Administrator” permissions set and visibility into all accounts or tenants you want to review.
  • Multi-account structure:

Note: If you do not see the “Usage” page or Contributor options, contact your LogicMonitor administrator to verify permissions and setup.
