Edwin AI Integrations
Edwin AI Catchpoint Integration
You can now send real-time Catchpoint alert events to Edwin AI using custom webhooks. You can enrich alerts with structured data, automate responses, and improve cross-platform incident correlation. The integration enables you to gain faster detection of emerging issues through Edwin AI’s ability to use the enriched event data to generate more accurate insights.
The integration uses the Edwin Common Event Format (CEF) to support enriched payloads that include alert information and metadata from Catchpoint. The Edwin CEF is applied by default when you select the Edwin AI webhook template in Catchpoint. Edwin AI processes events only after the required webhook configuration is completed.
You must generate a new client ID and secret token and establish Basic Authentication. You must use these credentials to authenticate requests and configure Catchpoint to forward events to the Edwin Events API endpoint.
To generate a new client ID and secret token in Edwin AI, see Edwin AI API Credential Management in the product documentation.
For more information, see Edwin AI Catchpoint Integration in the product documentation.
Edwin AI Grafana Integration
You can now send real-time Grafana alert events to Edwin AI through custom webhooks. This integration enables you to gain faster detection of emerging issues because Edwin AI uses the enriched event data to generate more accurate insights.
The integration uses the Edwin Common Event Format (CEF) to include alert details and metadata from Grafana. Edwin AI processes events after the webhook configuration is completed.
You must generate a new client ID and secret token and establish Basic Authentication. The credentials authenticate requests and configure Grafana to forward events to the Edwin Events API endpoint.
To generate a new client ID and secret token in Edwin AI, see Edwin AI API Credential Management in the product documentation.
