Highest Severity Alert for Insights
Insights now automatically display the earliest, highest severity alert and its CI fields in your Insight record. This enhancement enables you to identify and assess the most critical alert details at a glance. For example, you can map these new Insight fields to populate in your ITSM’s ticket short description, enabling them to immediately see the most critical alert details.

Gen AI Agents
Gen AI agents help you troubleshoot Edwin Insights more efficiently and make informed decisions directly within the LogicMonitor portal. For example, you can ask a Gen AI agent to summarize alerts for a specific resource.
The following actions can now be performed with Gen AI agents:
- Chat with an AI assistant to get IT operations guidance using natural language
- Explore Edwin data using plain language instead of writing queries
- Visualize real-time Edwin data using contextual charts
- Ask questions about alerts, timelines, and impacted systems within any Edwin Insight
- Search relevant vendor documentation without leaving the LogicMonitor portal
- Generate summaries of agent conversations, explored hypotheses, and recommended next steps
