AI Investigations Utilize Private Knowledge Articles
AI Investigations now use your private knowledge articles when the Private Knowledge Agent is configured. During an investigation, Edwin searches for relevant private knowledge articles associated with the insight or alert. When relevant content is found, Edwin incorporates it into the investigation output (for example, the Root Cause or Remediation sections.) You also receive links to all referenced knowledge articles, enabling easy access and validation.
You must configure the Private Knowledge Agent and ensure your knowledge articles are accessible to the investigation workflow.
To access this feature, navigate to an insight or alert and run an AI Investigation.
