New Data Storage Engine

Throughout January we will be enabling our new granular storage engine.  This is the much awaited backend architecture that will enable us to provide to the minute detail on historic device performance.  This is in pre-release status and expected to be announced as full production in Q2.

Initially, the primary improvement you will notice should be in speed of your dashboard and widget display.  We will continue to aggregate data in your dashboard and widget display, to avoid choppy, overwhelming graphs, but you will be able to drill down into historical data from the last 45 days. Moving forward, this will also be reflected in reports, SLA calculations, and in our ability to store different data types.
