Edwin AI Action Config for Automatic ServiceNow Incident Association
You can now configure Edwin AI to instantly create a ServiceNow Incident when it detects a critical alert, while also keeping those Incidents directly associated in ServiceNow using the new “Update Insight parent/Alert child relationship” Action Config.
With this new Action Config, when alerts correlate to form an Edwin AI Insight, the ServiceNow Incidents for those individual alerts automatically associate with the Insight’s Incident in ServiceNow. The enhancement uses ServiceNow’s Parent and Child Incident capability, giving you a unified view of related incidents and improving cross-platform incident tracking.
You must have LogicMonitor Data Exchange (LMDX) version 2.6 or later.
To access this feature in LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI > Actions > select Update Insight parent/Alert child relationship as the Action Config for an Insert or Update SNC Incident Action.
