The SCIM page displays existing SCIM provisioning configurations in your LogicMonitor portal. You can monitor provisioning status, review configuration details, and edit, enable, disable, or delete provisioning configurations.

Requirements for Viewing SCIM

To view or manage SCIM provisioning configurations, you need the appropriate permissions for the Single Sign-On page:

  • To view SCIM settings, you must have Read-Only access.
  • To view and manage SCIM settings, you must have Manage permission.
  • A SCIM integration must be configured to view synchronization details and configuration information.

Viewing SCIM

The SCIM page lists all configured SCIM provisioning configurations for review and management.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Single Sign On.
  2. Select the SCIM tab.
  1. In the Enabled column, select or clear the checkbox to enable or disable the provisioning configuration.
  2. In the Actions column, do one of the following:
    • Select the Edit icon to modify the provisioning configuration.
    • Select the Delete icon to delete the provisioning configuration.

Note: The Status column displays the current provisioning status for each SCIM configuration. SCIM tokens remain valid for 365 days from the date that LogicMonitor generates them. Before a token expires, portal administrators receive a reminder email indicating which token is about to expire.
