SMS Text Message Verification Code
Last updated - 03 December, 2025
The SMS Text Message Verification Code feature provides an added layer of security during the LogicMonitor login process through Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). When this option is selected, LogicMonitor sends an SMS text message containing a unique verification code to the mobile phone number associated with your account.

To log in using 2FA with an SMS text message code, you need the following:
- Your mobile phone number must be added and verified in your LogicMonitor user profile. For more information, see Configuring the LogicMonitor Portal Settings.
- You must have access to a mobile device that can receive SMS text messages.
