The AI Log Summary section now always displays during AI Investigations, providing clearer insight into log availability. When logs can’t be summarized, you’ll see a contextual message explaining why—such as no relevant logs found, missing permissions, or logs not being configured—making it easier to understand investigation results and next steps.

To access this feature, navigate to an insight or alert and run an AI Investigation.

AI Investigations now display a current status summary of the operational state of an insight. The Summary section includes badges for Current Severity, Impacted Configuration Items (CIs), active Alerts, and Duration, enabling you to quickly determine the current severity of an insight, the number of impacted resources, and how many alerts remain active.

You can select the Impacted CIs and Alerts badges to view detailed current state information. The Impacted CIs badge counts each CI once and assigns its severity based on the highest current severity alert associated with that CI. The Alerts badge displays active alerts grouped by current severity.

To access this feature, navigate to an insight and open the AI Investigation Summary section.
