Enhanced Edwin AI Agent Experience
Edwin AI now provides faster, more intelligent, and more flexible agent interactions based on improved agentic architecture.
This enhancement uses an orchestrator agent to dynamically coordinate multiple specialized sub-agents within a single interaction. Edwin now determines the best path in real time, combining capabilities like logs analysis, knowledge retrieval, and summarization to deliver more complete, context-aware results.
This shift from shift from static, single-agent interactions to a dynamic, orchestrated system enables the following:
- More accurate and complete answers
- Faster time-to-insight
- Greater transparency into how results are generated
- Improved handling of complex, multi-step workflows

AI Investigation Tab Prompt Improvements
Prompts in AI Investigations now include the following improvements:

- Issue Summary in the Impact section now clearly defines the main problem.
- Impact Assessment in the Impact section has been updated to be more direct and concise.
- The Root Cause Analysis is now more direct and concise. You can see more detailed analysis in the Contributing Factors and Evidence sections.
- The AI Investigation now prioritizes alerts of higher severity.
These enhancements improve human readability, highlight critical information more effectively, and deliver more concise outputs. To access this feature, navigate to the AI Investigation tab from an insight or alert and run a manual investigation.
Edwin AI Topology Tab Added to AI Insights
Edwin AI Agents now include an AI Topology tab in the Insight panel. This tab identifies relationships based on LogicMonitor topologySources, and displays dependencies and alert severities related to a resource.
This enhancement enables you to quickly assess the impact of incidents, and identify any upstream or downstream resources that may be affected.
Edwin AI Automation Tab Added to AI Insights
Edwin AI now includes an AI Automation tab in the Insight panel. This tab generates a suggested playbook to resolve issues or discrepancies identified by an insight.
This enhancement enables you to deploy potential resolutions to issues identified by AI Insignts, reducing response time to incidents.
