Enhancements to Edwin AI Jira Server Integration
The Edwin AI Jira Server integration now supports synchronization between Edwin AI alerts and Jira issues. This enhancement enables seamless issue creation and transition updates in Edwin AI, reducing manual effort and ensuring data consistency.

Edwin AI Freshservice ITSM Integration
You can now integrate Edwin AI with Freshservice ITSM to automate creation, updates, and retrieval of tickets. This integration enables Edwin AI to generate structured, enriched incident tickets based on alerts and automation rules.
You can view ticket status, assignee, and priority directly within Edwin AI. The integration also includes retry logic and secure credential handling.
You must have a valid Freshservice domain, a user API key, and permissions in both Edwin AI and Freshservice.
Enhanced Integrations Management User Experience
You can now view all available integrations in a single categorized experience. Integrations are organized by type, such as Monitoring (Datadog, Splunk Cloud, Thousand Eyes) and Incident Management (ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics). Each entry displays with its product icon, enabling you to identify and select the right integration.
To access this feature, navigate to LogicMonitor > Edwin AI > Settings.

Automatic Classification of Enrichments
As enrichments are ingested into Edwin AI, they are now automatically classified and categorized. This helps the Edwin AI agent better understand user questions about categories, such as locations, making responses more accurate.
