Resource Type IDs (system.devicetype)

The system.devicetype system property identifies the type of resource being monitored in the LogicMonitor platform. This value is automatically assigned by LogicMonitor and is exposed through the deviceType field in the REST API.
For example, system.devicetype=0
You can use this property when filtering resources, building API integrations, or creating automation workflows.
Note: Although the property and API field use the term device, they identify the type of monitored resource.
