Similar Insights Agent

The Edwin AI Similar Insights Agent enables you to interact with related Edwin AI insights. The Similar Insights Agent surfaces patterns, contextual data, and root causes from insights based on event name.
You can ask questions similar to the following:
- “Can you show me similar insights?”
- “How often does this type of issue occur?”
- “What is the common root cause for similar insights?”
This provides an interactive, data-driven way to explore and analyze related insights directly within Edwin AI.

Requirements for Enabling Similar Insights Agent
To enable the Similar Insights Agent, ensure your Create Insight and Update Insight Actions in your Alert Correlation Action Group are mapped to ml Impacted Event Name(s) variable. For more information, see Enabling Similar Insight Agent.
Enabling Similar Insights Agent
- In LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI > Actions > Alert Correlation.
- Select #1 Create Insight, then locate the Mapped Fields section.
- Select “Impacted even name” from the Add Mapped Field dropdown menu.
- Select “Variable” from the Add Mapping dropdown.
- Select “ml Impacted Event Name (s)” from the Variable dropdown menu.
- Select #2 Update Insight, the locate the Mapped Fields section.
- Select “Impacted even name” from the Add Mapped Field dropdown menu.
- Select “Variable” from the Add Mapping dropdown.
- Select “lm Impacted Event Name (s)” from the Variable dropdown menu.
- To save, select Submit.
The Similar Incidents Agent is enabled.
