oAuth 2.0 Authentication Added to ServiceNow Integration
You can now configure an oAuth 2.0 authentication method for your Edwin AI ServiceNow integration. This enhancement enables you to access oAuth 2.0’s enterprise-grade security, simplified credential management and compliance with standards like SOC II, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Jira Service Desk Integration Now Available
You can now create and manage Jira Service Management (JSM) tickets through API, in addition to on-premises Jira Server deployments. This enhancement enables Edwin to automatically create and update JSM tickets as part of alert workflows.

New Field added To Edwin Metadata
You can now designate a metadata field as an AI Input for use in AI-driven investigations. This enables greater control over how contextual location data is incorporated into investigations and downstream workflows.
The AI Inputs field is available in the Metadata section of Edwin AI settings and can be enabled on existing or new metadata fields.
To access this feature in Edwin AI, navigate to Settings > Metadata. Select Edit on an existing field or create a new one, then toggle the AI Inputs switch.
