Multiple Email Recipients for Notification Emails
You can now send notification emails to multiple recipients by entering a comma-separated list of email addresses in the recipients field. This enhancement ensures that multiple responsible individuals are notified when an incident occurs, improving redundancy and response coverage.

Edwin AI Investigation Root Cause Analysis Enhancement
Edwin AI’s Root Cause Analysis now features improved AI Investigation accuracy by passing the additional alert data as context to AI investigation prompts. The additional context gives you a richer analysis and helps improve your understanding of the underlying cause of an alert.

Edwin AI Agent Auto-Categorizes Enrichment Fields
The Edwin AI Agent now uses automatically generated categories, subcategories, and definitions for enrichment fields. You can use more natural language in queries because the Agent understands what common fields represent and recognizes synonyms without requiring exact field names. This improves the accuracy of tables, charts and filters generated by the Agent.
