Enhancement

Expanded LogicMonitor Context for Edwin AI Agent

Edwin AI now accesses additional LogicMonitor data from within the AI Agent, enabling broader queries and more contextual responses. You can retrieve information about diagnostic and remediation source status and history, ConfigSources, Ops Notes, Escalation Chains, and Device information including time-series data. This expanded context enables Edwin AI to provide more accurate responses and deeper insight into your LogicMonitor environment.

To access this feature, you must configure the LogicMonitor V1 API key with View access to all available permissions in LogicMonitor, specifically audit logs, collectors, modules and resources at a minimum.

For more information, see Edwin AI Agents Overview in product documentation.

Enhancement

Health Event Retrieval for LogicMonitor Data Exchange

The LogicMonitor Data Exchange (LMDX) integration now retrieves health information from ServiceNow. This enhancement improves detection and assessment of configurations and payloads recently sent and received from the connected ServiceNow instance environment, improving health monitoring and connectivity validation of ServiceNow in Edwin AI.

To access this feature, you must configure the LMDX application in ServiceNow and Edwin AI.

For more information, see Installing LMXD in product documentation.

Enhancement

Advanced Change Request Queries in AI Investigations

You can make broader, investigation-focused change requests in Edwin AI Investigations. This enhancement supports queries across more change request fields and flexible time ranges.

This enables you to identify relevant changes beyond those directly associated with the impacted configuration items in an insight or alert. For example, you can search for all change requests from the last 24 hours or find change requests submitted by a specific user during the last week.

To access this feature, navigate to an insight or alert and run an AI Investigation.

For more information, see Edwin AI Investigations in product documentation.

Enhancement

AI Action Credit Usage Dashboard and Contract Limit Tracking

You can now monitor AI action credit usage from a dedicated Credit Usage view on the Edwin AI Agents dashboard. This view displays daily credit usage, cumulative credits, projected credits, and your configured contract limit.

To access this feature, navigate to Edwin AI > Settings > Usage > Agent tab.
