Enhancement

Atlassian MCP Server Integration for Edwin AI

You can now connect your Atlassian MCP server to Edwin AI. This integration enables you to query your Confluence knowledge base and Jira issues through the conversational Edwin AI Agent, providing relevant information from your Atlassian environment during investigations and operational workflows.

The Edwin AI Agent uses your configured Atlassian MCP server to retrieve information from supported Confluence and Jira resources.

To access this feature, navigate to Settings > Integrations in Edwin AI and configure the Atlassian MCP server integration.

Enhancement

Indeterminate Feature Renamed to Scheduled Down Time (SDT)

The term “Indeterminate” has been renamed to “SDT” to reflect industry-standard terminology. This change applies to user-facing labels, dropdown values, messages, and other user interface text.

This terminology update does not change existing functionality or behavior.

Resolved Issue

Resolved an issue that caused the timeline for alert storm insights in Edwin AI to display a “Failed to load related records” error. The timeline now renders up to 200 records for both alerts and events.
