Edwin AI

Enhancement

New Metadata Tab for Enrichment Management

You can now access a dedicated Metadata tab in the Edwin AI Settings page to create custom enrichment fields and edit labels for existing enrichments. This provides you with a centralized location to organize and manage enrichment data, enabling you to align with your organization’s language and workflows.

The Metadata tab provides a streamlined way to manage enrichments. When you add a new enrichment field, you can provide a label for identification. If label is not specified, the field name displays throughout the platform. Updating a label ensures the new label appears consistently in all areas where the enrichment is used.

To access this feature, navigate to LogicMonitor > Edwin AI > Settings > Metadata tab.

Enhancement

Metrics Agents for Edwin AI

You can now retrieve and interact with LogicMonitor metrics for a given alert with the Edwin AI Metrics Agent. For example, if you want specific metric data for an alert, you can ask “What were CPU, memory, and disk metrics for this alert?” Or if you want to know the current metric value for a specific alert, you can ask, “What is the current value for CPU usage?”

For the Edwin AI Metrics Agent to access all metric data for your alerts, you must have an API Edwin user with “View permissions” set for all resources.

For more information, see Edwin AI Agents in the product documentation.

Enhancement

Edwin AI Agent Enhanced Response Time

The Edwin AI agent has been improved to receive answers more quickly, enabling a faster and more efficient experience. This enhancement is the first in a series of planned updates to address latency and to further optimize Edwin AI agent performance.

Resolved Issue

Fixed an issue with page performance where blank screens and slowness occurred because table components attempted to render large enrichment data. As a result, table rendering logic has been improved with faster performance.

LMDX

Enhancement

LogicMonitor Data Exchange (LMDX) v2.6 Release

LMDX v2.6 is now available, enabling you to send change requests and knowledge articles to ServiceNow. This enables future use with Edwin AI agents, expanding the types of records you can manage through your integration. In addition, this release improves reliability and flexibility of your Edwin AI ServiceNow integration. These record types are designed to provide flexibility for future Edwin agent workflows. This release also resolves issues with duplicate form tabs and the Clone Config feature.

For more information, see Installing LMDX and Installation of LogicMonitor Data Exchange with Domain Separation in the product documentation.
