Edwin AI Agent Enhanced Conversational Understanding
You can now experience smoother, more natural interactions with Edwin AI. The Edwin AI Agent has been enhanced to better understand and respond to follow-up questions within an ongoing conversation, enabling more intuitive and context-aware exchanges.

Chart Agent Similar Field Suggestions
You can now view similar field options to the one selected by the Chart Agent based on your query. This enhancement improves accuracy and efficiency when creating or adjusting charts, enabling you to find the field.
To access this feature, navigate to the Chart Agent and enter a query that includes an Edwin field or an enrichment property. The similar field suggestions display automatically.

Edwin AI Freshservice Integration
You can now integrate Edwin AI with Freshservice to automate ticket creation, updates, and resolution. This integration improves efficiency and accuracy by synchronizing ticket data between the two systems without manual input. The integration supports both inbound and outbound workflows.
You must configure an API key within your Freshservice instance and provide these details in the Edwin AI integration settings.
To access this feature in LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI > Settings > Integrations > locate the Freshservice tile and select Configure.
Edwin AI Client API Credentials Management
You can now generate, view, and delete Edwin Client API credentials to manage event integrations directly. This enables you to self-service integrations by securely creating and connecting API keys without additional administrative support.
Note: You can view API credentials only during creation. After credentials are saved, they are hidden for security but can be deleted and regenerated at any time..
You must have Edwin AI administrator permissions set to access to create or manage client API credentials.
To access this feature in LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI > Settings > API Credentials > Create.
Fixed an issue where the chart title duplicated the agent’s response text, causing visual redundancy and reducing clarity in displayed results.
Fixed an issue that cause the Edwin AI Agent to suggest or offer actions outside its current functional scope. The Edwin AI Agent self-awareness logic now tailors responses based on its enabled capabilities.
Fixed an issue that prevented Edwin AI Chart Agent from returning correct results when you requested insights or alerts for a specific date in the past. The agent now accurately retrieves and displays data for the exact date you specify in your query.
