You can now filter Edwin AI Incidents by two new fields, IncidentID and Escalation. This enhancement indexes overlapping incident fields to quickly produce specific results.

AI Investigation Tab Usability Improvements
The AI Investigation tab now includes the following usability improvements:
- You can provide feedback at the section level, which enables more granular input.
- You can copy details from any section, which enables you to reuse content in downstream workflows.
To access this feature, navigate to the AI Investigation tab from an insight or alert and run a manual investigation.
