Edwin AI Platform
Trigger xMatters Incidents from Edwin AI Actions
Edwin AI Actions can now trigger xMatters incidents using a new “Trigger xMatters Incident” action. This enables you to trigger xMatter incidents you create using Edwin AI, completing the action initiated by the “Create xMatters Incident” action.
This enhancement adds support for the GROUP recipient type in xMatters. To access this feature, configure the Recipient Group ID field in the Trigger xMatters Incident action with the target xMatters group.
The Recipient Group ID field accepts the following:
- An xMatters Group ID
- An xMatters Group Name
For more information, see Edwin AI Actions in product documentation.
Expanded LogicMonitor Context in Edwin
Edwin AI now has broader access to LogicMonitor data, enabling it to better understand your monitored environment and answer a wider range of operational questions. With this enhancement, Edwin AI can provide additional context across devices, services, Collectors, alerts, diagnostics, audit logs, and overall portal health. You can use Edwin AI to assess portal health, investigate activity related to specific devices or services, and identify recent events that may be relevant to an investigation.
To access this feature, you must configure the LogicMonitor V1 API key with View access to all available permissions in LogicMonitor, specifically audit logs, collectors, modules and resources at a minimum.
For more information, see Edwin AI Agents Overview in product documentation.
Edwin AI now correctly routes inbound data from the BMC Helix integration. Incoming payloads from BMC Helix are now correctly mapped to the corresponding Edwin AI fields.
