Edwin AI Platform

Enhancement

Ansible Lint Validation for AI Automation Playbooks

Edwin AI now supports Ansible Lint validation for AI Automation playbooks. This enhancement automatically validates any new automation playbook you create against Ansible Lint best practices, enhancing efficiency of playbooks and facilitating easy updating.

Enhancement

Real-Time Streaming for AI Investigations

You can now view AI Investigation results for insights and alerts in real time as they are generated. This enhancement increases visibility and enables you to monitor progress and follow the analysis as it unfolds.

For more information, see Edwin AI Investigations in product documentation.

Enhancement

Guided Homepage Experience for Edwin AI

You can use guided prompts and agent workflows from the Edwin AI homepage to discover available capabilities and complete common tasks. Guided prompt examples are organized by common goals, including resolving incidents, exploring your LogicMonitor environment, and analyzing operational data.

The homepage also includes agent workflows for common actions, including running an AI Investigation or creating an automation. Workflow actions are displayed only when the corresponding agent is enabled for your portal.

For more information, see Edwin AI Agents Overview in product documentation.

Enhancement

Test Connection Validation for Edwin AI Integrations

You can now select Test Connection while configuring Jira Cloud, Jira Data Center, ServiceNow, and ConnectWise integrations. This enhancement enables you to validate Edwin AI’s connection to those services with a single action, reducing the time and effort needed to verify the configuration of those integrations in Edwin AI.

To access this feature, navigate to Edwin AI > Settings > Integrations, and select an integration. On the configuration page, select Test Connection to begin the validation process. A confirmation message displays on the page when validation is successful.

Enhancement

Ansible Command Output Metadata Improvements for Edwin AI

The Edwin AI Ansible integration now returns stdout as metadata when running the CheckAnsibleJobAction tag. The tag checks for command line utilities or executions coming from Ansible, and includes the output of commands in the metadata retrieved by Edwin AI.

This enables you to easily identify command line utilities running in Ansible and improves incident management related to those actions.

Enhancement

Field Mapping for Edwin AI Catchpoint Integration Actions

The Edwin AI Catchpoint integration now supports field mapping for integration actions. This enables you to map fields from your Catchpoint webhook to Edwin AI, improving alert event ingestion in Edwin AI.

To access this feature, navigate to Edwin AI > Actions and edit your existing Catchpoint actions.

For more information, see Configuration Parameters for Actions in product documentation.

Enhancement

Edwin AI Relay Agent for Secure Outbound Connectivity

The Edwin AI Relay Agent now enables Edwin AI to access approved tools and execute perform actions in your environment. Using an outbound-only connection, the Relay Agent securely retrieves the request, performs the action locally, and returns the results. You can secure automation and integrations while aligning with common enterprise security and network policies.

You must deploy and configure the Edwin AI Relay Agent within your environment to enable secure access to approved tools and actions.

To access this feature, navigate to Edwin AI > Settings > Relay Agent.
