Zendesk Integration With Edwin AI Now Available

You can now integrate Edwin AI with Zendesk Cloud to streamline incident response workflows. This bi-directional integration enables you to automatically create incidents from Edwin Insights and Alerts, and provides real-time ticket status and resolution update synchronization.

You must generate a new client ID and secret token and establish Basic Authentication. The credentials authenticate requests and configure Zendesk to forward events to the Edwin Events API endpoint.

Enhancement

User Feedback Now Available For Edwin AI Agent Responses

You can now provide direct feedback on responses provided by the Edwin AI Agent. This enables you to highlight effective or ineffective responses, make note of errors or missed insights, and inform LogicMonitor of potential improvements to the Edwin AI Agent.

To provide feedback on an agent response, select the Thumbs up or Thumbs down icon below any agent response in the agent conversation pane. Selecting Thumbs down will provide the following selections for feedback:

  • Factually Incorrect
  • Too Generic/Not Relevant to my Environment
  • Irrelevant
  • Other

Selecting a feedback response displays a text box. You can provide additional details or context for your feedback in this box, and select Submit Feedback.

Enhancement

Enhanced Insight Details Navigation

The Edwin Insight Details page now provides more intuitive navigation when reviewing AI agent output details. The AI Agent Output tab now appears in the same tab collection as AI Investigation, Details, Description, and Timeline. This tab will only display if a chart or table was generated by Agent.

In addition, the Expand/Collapse icon for Agent Chat is now located in the AI Investigations tab row.
