Enhancement

GitLab Commit Support for AI Automation Playbooks

You can now commit AI Automation playbooks directly to GitLab using the Commit to GitLab button in Edwin AI Automations. This enhancement enables you to commit playbooks to your configured source control provider without leaving Edwin AI.

The Commit to GitLab button is available only to users with the Admin role. Commit buttons are displayed only when the corresponding GitHub or GitLab integration is configured. If neither integration is configured, the commit options are unavailable.

To access this feature, navigate to an AI Automation playbook in Edwin AI. The Commit to GitLab button displays when the integration is available.

Enhancement

Edwin AI Homepage Enhancements for Incident Context and Dashboard Metrics

The Edwin AI Homepage now includes several usability improvements. Incident cards now display the Configuration Item (CI), Source, and Incident ID as fields for improved readability. Long CI names are truncated to improve scanning while preserving the full value.

The Action Feed displays Incidents (both Insights + Alerts) that are associated with an Incident_Id. Additional feeds display key metrics like total alerts created over time by Edwin and Total Incidents created. We also show a Noise Reduction funnel from Events > Alerts > Insights

To access this feature, navigate to the Edwin AI Homepage and enable the New Homepage switch from the menu in the upper-right corner.

Enhancement

Improved Model Visibility on the Insight Details Page

The Insight details page now distinguishes between models the model that contribute to insight creation and models that match shared alert values without contributing to insight creation. Models that create an insight display in the Used to create this insight section. Models that match alert values without meeting the clustering threshold display in the Also matches by value section.

A tooltip explains that these models are displayed because alerts share values from the model and were not used to create the insight. This enhancement provides greater transparency into how insights are formed and reduces confusion when reviewing related models.

To access this feature, navigate to an insight and open the Insight Details page.
