Feature Highlights

  • Updated Default Value for collector.script.cache.switch.to.secondary Property
  • Support for Apache Groovy Library Version 4.0.15
  • ipmiutil Version Upgrade

LogicMonitor EA Collector 39.100 is released on December 12, 2025. It is based on GD Collector 39.000 and includes the following additional updates:

Enhancement

Updated Default Value for collector.script.cache.switch.to.secondary Property

The default value for collector.script.cache.switch.to.secondary property has been changed from false to true for all new Collector installations. This update applies only to fresh installations. Existing Collectors upgraded to this version will retain their current property value, and no changes will be applied during the upgrade process.

Enhancement

Support for Apache Groovy Library Version 4.0.15

LogicMonitor Collector now supports only Groovy version 4.0.15. Starting with EA Collector 39.100, LogicMonitor Collector will no longer support Groovy version 2.

Comprehensive performance testing indicates that Groovy 4 maintains a similar resource footprint to Groovy 2, ensuring consistent performance and stability in resource consumption.

Enhancement

ipmiutil Version Upgrade

For Windows Collectors, LogicMonitor has upgraded ipmiutil to version 3.2.1 to include OpenSSL version 3.5.2 and related security enhancements.
