Insights Page Renamed to Explore Page
The Insights page has been renamed to the Explore page. The URL structure remains unchanged, which enables all existing bookmarks, links, and integrations to continue working without interruption. The Explore page display three primary tabs that help you understand and analyze your event, alert, and insight data. You can use the Explore tab for AI-driven insights and contextual analysis, the Alerts tab for active and historical alert activity, and the Events tab for raw events information ingested into Edwin AI
To access the feature in LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI > select Explore from the navigation sidebar.

Edwin AI Incidents Page
You can now use the Edwin AI Incidents page to view all system-generated incidents in one place. You can refine results with severity filters, date ranges, and search to focus investigations. You can also review dynamic incident details that provide context, enrichment data, correlation insights, and actions such as assigning, closing, or pinning an incident.
You can view all Insights and Singleton incidents in a unified table. Information updates based on the selected incident and presents key metadata, related events, enrichment information, and available actions to support faster triage.
You must have a LogicMonitor user with Edwin AI access.
To access this feature in LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI > Incidents.

Insight Details Page Enhancements
You can navigate a simplified Insight Details page with a new tab order and fewer tabs. The Alerts Timeline now combines the timeline and alerts in one interactive view, where filters update both areas. You can see the Description directly within the Details tab and view alert descriptions in the Alert Details page. You can also review Events and Insights in a dedicated tab.
To access this feature in LogicMonitor, navigate to Edwin AI > Explore > Select Details for an Insight.
Edwin AI Integrations
Edwin AI ConnectWise Integration
You can now integrate Edwin AI with ConnectWise to create and update tickets through a bi-directional ITSM workflow. This enables automated ticket synchronization and consistent field mapping between both platforms. You gain a unified operations experience by using Edwin AI to process inbound ConnectWise webhooks and send outbound ticket updates with accurate object resolution.
You must obtain your ConnectWise client ID and authentication keys and configure ConnectWise to send inbound JSON payloads to Edwin AI. You must authenticate outbound actions using your company ID, public key, and private key.
