Edwin AI now leverages LM Alerts API v3, which improves system performance and stability. You can now experience faster processing and more reliable alert management.
Resolved Issue
Fixed an issue that caused errors when processing scheduled downtime (SDT).
SDT events now process consistently without errors. Alerts that are coming out of SDT now also create an incident in the configured ITSM tool.
