Enhanced Edwin AI Agent On Insights and Alerts

Edwin AI now provides faster, more intelligent, and more flexible agent interactions on the Insights, and Alert Details pages based on improved agentic architecture.

This enhancement uses an orchestrator agent to dynamically coordinate multiple specialized sub-agents within a single interaction. Edwin now determines the best path in real time, combining capabilities like logs analysis, knowledge retrieval, and summarization to deliver more complete, context-aware results.

Attribute Search on Edwin Incidents

You can now search records on the Edwin Incidents page using enrichment attributes. Use attribute keywords such as service, location, or device type to quickly find issues relevant to the resources you want to review.

This enhancement improves discoverability and reduces time spent manually inspecting records.

Edwin AI Alert Embedding Model Correlation Type

You can now use Edwin AI’s autoclustering model to analyze how alerts behave over time. Autoclustering uses machine learning to group related alerts into actionable insights without manual configuration or deep domain expertise.

Use autoclustering to do the following:

  • Automatically consolidate related alerts into a single, actionable insight.
  • Identify recurring patterns and detect repeated issues across systems and environments.
  • Surface non-obvious relationships and reveal connections between alerts that would be difficult to identify using manual rules or naming conventions.
Resolved Issue

Closed Singleton alerts no longer relate to Insight IDs in Edwin AI Investigations. This previously created unintended actions in ServiceNow by associating historical singleton alert incidents with new insights. Singleton alerts are now removed from ServiceNow when resolved.
